Trailers, campers, mobile homes, motor homes, boats, campers, recreational vehicles or similar equipment, unregistered or inoperable vehicles shall not be permitted to remain on the property except for loading and unloading purposes only, and such time shall not exceed six (6) hours.

No commercial vehicles or trucks shall be permitted to remain on the property longer than six (6) hours unless such vehicles are kept in enclosed garages.  Commercial vehicles do not include standard sized vehicles which may be used for both personal and commercial use provided that any signs or markings of a commercial nature on such vehicles are unobtrusive and inoffensive as determined by the Board of Directors.

The speed limit within the community is 5 miles per hour. Persons shall not exceed the speed limit, and shall operate vehicles in a safe manner at all times.

No repair on vehicles shall be allowed on any portion of any lot or on any portion of the common area except within the unit owner’s garage.

PARKING

Owners or their tenants shall park no more than two (2) vehicles per unit within the gated area at any time .

Each unit shall receive two (2) numbered parking passes which must be clearly visible, and either hung from the rear view mirror or placed on the left front corner of the dashboard on the driver’s side in the vehicle when parked in the common area.

No vehicle may be parked anywhere within the community of Villorio Homeowners Association without a visibly hung parking pass.  Exceptions to this rule are workmen performing repair services for the community which shall be evidenced by the markings on their vehicles; such repairs would normally occur during working hours (8 a.m. to 5 p.m.) except in emergencies.

Parking is allowed in marked designated areas.  Vehicles parked in red zones, i.e. in front of garages (including your own), emergency entrances, fire zones, access ways or by trash bins shall immediately be towed at the vehicle owner’s expense.

Please be aware that random patrol by a towing company will be conducted within the community to ensure that vehicles are not parked in red zones.

Any vehicle parked on the property without a visibly displayed parking pass or parked in a handicapped parking space shall be towed at the vehicle owner’s expense and the unit owner will receive a $100.00 fine.

Overflow parking can be found on Forest Ridge Drive.
