Trash

CR&R is our waste management company

A large white recycling bin is located in the rear of each trash area.

We appreciate your respecting that furniture or large items left outside the trash areas are your responsibility and you must call CR&R to arrange a pickup. Each condo is allowed two large item pickups per year.

For all condo improvements you must require removal of trash by any subcontractors you employ, or improvements you make, rather than filling up the dumpsters with these items so that our homeowners then have no where to put their trash.

If for some reason you cannot take an item to the landfill and have no choice but to dispose of it in our trash area, please call the Property Management Company and they will arrange removal of the item and bill your account accordingly.

Landfill information can be found here:

In order to combat Identity Theft, the Lake Forest Police Services has started a free shredding program.  Bring your confidential documents and CDs to the Lake Forest City Hall Police Services counter during business hours and deposit them into their locked recycling bins.  Your documents stay in Police Services' safekeeping until Total Shredding Incorporated arrives and shreds the documents on site.  There is no limit and you do not need to remove staples or paper clips.  For further information, please contact Kirsten Rowe at 949-461-3546 or krowe@ci.lake-forest.ca.us
